Privacy notice

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. The information we hold is what you tell us on the phone in order to get an appliance fixed.

A name, a number and an address to drive to. That is the whole of what gets kept.

What this website collects

Nothing. The site is a set of static files. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no cookie, no local storage, no embedded map, no hosted font and no contact form. Fonts are served from this domain, so a page view produces no request to any other company.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time, requested file, user agent — for security and capacity purposes. We do not read them for marketing and we do not join them to anything else.

What we collect when you call

  • Your name, the phone number you call from, and the service address.
  • The appliance's model and serial designation from its rating plate, and what it is doing wrong.
  • What we found, what we fitted and what you were charged. That record is what makes the parts and labor warranty enforceable.

Why we keep it

To perform the repair, to order the correct part, to honour the warranty, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with running a licensed and insured trade business. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Parts distributors receive the model and serial designation needed to supply the correct component. Our payment processor handles card details directly; we never see or store a full card number. Nobody else receives your information, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as the warranty on that work can be claimed, and afterwards for as long as tax and insurance record-keeping requires. Enquiries that never became a job are discarded.

Your choices

Ask us on the phone for a copy of what we hold about your jobs, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once the warranty period has expired. There is no portal — the same person who did the work handles the request.

Children

This is a trade service for property owners and occupiers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
