How to read these
Each entry is one call: what the appliance was doing, what got measured, what was changed and how the visit ended. They are printed with a first name and a last initial, in the order they came in, and none of them has been trimmed to make the average look better than it is.
A wall of nothing but top marks tells a reader nothing. A bench that has never had a part arrive slowly, or a booking go sideways, is a bench nobody has ever used, so those entries stay on the page as well.
No figure is quoted in any of them. What a visit costs is set out on the pricing page, where it can be held against the invoice, and what happens afterwards is on the warranty page. If an entry below describes what your own appliance is doing, the page for that work explains how the fault gets found.
