What the repair is warranted for
90 days on labor, 365 days on parts. Written on the invoice, not buried in a terms page you have to hunt for.

Covered
- Labor 90 days
- If the fault we repaired comes back inside the window, the return visit is not billed and the diagnostic is not charged again.
- Parts 365 days
- Every part we supply and fit is covered for a full year from the date of the invoice, against failure in normal use.
- Parts source OEM only
- Genuine OEM parts only. No aftermarket substitutes on sealed gas, ignition or control components.
- Estimate In writing
- You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
Not covered
- A different fault on the same appliance. A new fault is a new visit, and it gets its own written estimate.
- Damage from a supply problem we flagged and you chose not to have corrected — an unbonded ground, a shared circuit, a gas supply running below spec.
- Cosmetic wear, glass, grate and burner-cap finish, and anything that arrived scratched.
- Consumables. Bulbs, filters, gaskets that are past their service life and batteries in an ignition module are wear items, not warranted parts.
- Work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit.
- Any claim made against the manufacturer. We cannot administer, extend or shorten a factory warranty.
Our warranty is not the manufacturer's warranty
This is the distinction that causes the most confusion, so it is worth stating flatly. What is described above is a workmanship and parts warranty from this shop. It is our own promise, backed by us, and it applies only to the work on your invoice.
It is not a Wolf warranty and it has no effect on one. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's coverage period, call Wolf before you call us — a factory-covered repair should cost you nothing, and this shop cannot perform one.
Griddle & Grate Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
Making a claim
Call the number below with the invoice date and the appliance's model and serial designation from the rating plate. There is no form and no claim portal. The same technician who did the work takes the call.
